The Steel Horse Handbrake is a 4 ½” x 50 cigar cloaked in a Connecticut Habano Grueso wrapper that shelters a Brazilian Arapiraca binder and a filler blend of Dominican, Honduran, and Nicaraguan tobaccos. While the well-made cigar sheds the box press of the original for a more traditional shape, it does feature the line’s trademark “flathead” cap.
The CAO Flathead Steel Horse Handbrake delivers a slightly mellower smoke than the originals yet still manages to offer up a wonderfully rich and complex medium-to-full bodied smoke loaded with scrumptious leather, spice, wood, coffee, and chocolate flavors.
